Always include a Tailscale link to every new or updated wiki page in ingest replies.

**Base URL:** `https://jamess-mac-mini.tail02a1a0.ts.net/second-brain/wiki/`
**Format:** append the relative path from `wiki/` with spaces URL-encoded as `%20`

Example: `wiki/tools/Claude Foundation Models Swift Package.md` →
`[Claude Foundation Models Swift Package](https://jamess-mac-mini.tail02a1a0.ts.net/second-brain/wiki/tools/Claude%20Foundation%20Models%20Swift%20Package.md)`

Use the page title (without path or .md extension) as the link text. Full Tailscale URL as the href.

**Why:** James asked for this on June 9, 2026 so he can click directly to ingested pages from Telegram.

**How to apply:** At the end of every ingest summary message, include a "Pages created/updated" section with one named markdown link per page. Applies to all ingest types: blog posts, GitHub sweeps, YouTube, manual ingests.
