The two wide layouts across all three themes — plus live explorations below: Circle / Square scope shape, Adaptive range, user-set location, and tap-to-select aircraft from both the list and the map.
Range tightened from 100 to 75 NM with rings every 25. All eight nearby aircraft (closest 7.2, farthest 46.5 NM) now read across the upper two-thirds of the face — far less empty map.
The radar grows to fill its bounding square — 348 px on Extra Large, height-bound on Medium — with brand, status and range chips overlaid at the edges rather than stealing space.
Muted (modern dark, cyan) · Green (classic phosphor) · Grayscale (true neutral — emphasis via value & weight, no hue lost).
In Square mode the circular scope clip is removed. The basemap fills the left column edge-to-edge, range rings remain circular, and terrain bleeds into the corners — more geographic context, less empty disc.
Scope Shape: Circle / Square in the edit sheet. A single prop — no new layout files. Try it live above; shape and range are fully independent.
Circle — classic radar scope, edge-defining. Square — moving map feel, maximally spatial, corners showing the broader regional geography.
