# Post records

Create one record per intended or published post from `../../templates/post-record.md`.

Name files `YYYY-MM-DD--subject-slug.md` once a target date exists, for example `2026-09-05--cedar-park-coffee.md`. Keep it as a draft until permission, delivery, and publishing details are known.

Post records can contain public URLs and local paths to ignored media, but must not contain raw media, private contact details, credentials, session data, or copied Stagehand delivery packages.
