# September 24 chart intake

The new chart passes structural validation but is rejected by the frozen observer: 313 captured historical rows differ, with none missing. The latest closed bar is September 24 12:00 UTC; there are no bars from the September 25 observation boundary. No observation receipt or performance result was added.

The original export was overwritten at its usual path; the freeze retains row hashes, not original feature values. Archived close/high values were compared separately; see report.json. This cannot identify which other historical features changed. Do not replace anchor hashes to bypass this finding. Preserve an old raw export if available, or explicitly establish a new prospective baseline after reviewing the revision.

chart.csv.gz preserves the newly supplied CSV byte-for-byte. report.json contains its SHA-256, changed timestamps, validation summary and parity limits. No live artifacts changed.
